Pacific Games LLC ("Licensor") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Applications for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may install and use the Applications on your compatible mobile devices in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Intellectual Property:
The Applications and their content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and software, are the intellectual property of Pacific Games LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You agree not to modify, reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works of the Applications without prior written permission from Pacific Games LLC.
Usage Restrictions:
You may not use the Applications in any manner that violates applicable laws or infringes upon the rights of others.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Applications or attempt to derive their source code.
You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Applications.

Disclaimer of Warranty:
The Applications are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Pacific Games LLC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pacific Games LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Applications.
Termination:
Pacific Games LLC reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and revoke your license to use the Applications at any time without prior notice.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Applications and uninstall them from your mobile devices.
Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, United States.
By using the Tappy Applications, you signify your acceptance of this End User License Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, please refrain from using the Applications.
